We ship all orders across India via trusted courier partners. Every order is carefully packed in our signature gift packaging before dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
- Bespoke / custom orders: 10–15 business days (production time included)
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹2,000: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹2,000: Flat ₹99
- Express delivery: Available at checkout for select pincodes
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for: product arrived damaged, wrong product delivered, or product significantly different from its description. Minor variations in handcrafted items are not considered defects.

- Attach clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
- Our team responds within 24 hours
- Approved returns are collected at no charge to you
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI refunds are typically faster than card refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bespoke and custom-engraved candles
- Items purchased during a sale or with discount codes
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Gift sets where individual items have been opened
Damaged in Transit
Please photograph the packaging before opening and the product after opening. Send both photos to hello@luminousdreams.in within 48 hours of delivery — we will replace or refund.
